Littlest Angels International was founded by Sandra S. Whitton, MSW/LCSW in 1995.
Sandra is a Colorado native and is proud that her great grandparents were
early settlers in Colorado. Her extended family numbers over 200 and her
parents have been married for 73 years. Needless to say, family is of the
highest importance to Sandra. Her belief in creating families through
adoption makes directing the agency the fulfillment of a lifelong dream.
Assisting Sandra with the many tasks associated with adoption are contract
workers who are fully qualified and well trained in the field of adoption.
Littlest Angels International is located in western Colorado, just at
the "footprint" of Grand Mesa. Cedaredge, Colorado is a small town,
best known for the magnificent apples grown here. Many folks know
Cedaredge as the "gateway to Grand Mesa" where they travel to camp, hike,
fish, hunt, ski and enjoy the unblemished outdoors of Colorado.
May 19, 2008 We all know that international adoptions have become more involved and with a longer wait time. I find that folks are getting very creative. I have applications for a homestudy for Estonia, Pakistan, Uzbekistan, and Albania!!
Taiwan continues to be popular.
Our domestic program continues to be good, although we sure would love to make more families!
Some news of importance is that Littlest Angels opened an office in Grand Junction.
The address is 518 28 Road - B 106, Grand Junction, Colorado, 81501.
Kendra Kinney is the office manager and Placement Supervisor.
At the present time, Kendra is in Africa completing a mission. What stories she will have!
Thank you all for your interest. Please call 970-856-6177 for information or stories of adoption.
